Directions to the Decatur Campus
of Calhoun Community College


From Birmingham:
  • Take I-65 North to I-565 (Huntsville/Decatur exit #340)
  • Follow signs to Decatur (westbound Highway 20) for approximately 2 1/2  miles
  • Take the Highway 31 North/Calhoun Community College exit right just before reaching the Tennessee River
  • The College's main entrance is located on the right at the 2nd traffic light (approximately 1 mile from Highway 20)

From Nashville:
  • Take I-65 South to I-565 (Huntsville/Decatur exit #340)

  • Take I-565 West (turns into Highway 20 at the I-65 interchange)
  • Follow signs to Decatur (westbound Highway 20) for approximately 2 1/2  miles
  • Take the Highway 31 North/Calhoun Community College exit right just before reaching the Tennessee River
  • The College's main entrance is located on the right at the 2nd traffic light (approximately 1 mile from Highway 20)

From the Shoals/Tuscumbia Area:
  • Follow Highway 20 East to Decatur
  • Take Highway 31 North to the left (next to the Holiday Inn in Decatur)
  • After crossing the Tennessee River, follow Highway 31 as it veers to the left
  • The College's main entrance is located on the right at the 2nd traffic light (approximately 1 mile from Highway 20)

From Florence:
  • Follow Highway 72 East to Athens
  • Take Highway 31 South to the right (just past Wal-Mart)
  • After turning onto Highway 31, go to the 4th traffic light (approx. 8-9 miles); turn left into Calhoun's main entrance
