MPH Programs List has announced the Public Health Community Scholarship for 2016. Boling Rice LLC Scholarship - $1000 - (January 15)

Boling Rice LLC is offering a $1,000 scholarship to current and incoming students. Del Sol National Scholarship - $1,500 - (March 31, 2016)

Del Sol is offering an annual $1,500 scholarship. Alabama Department of Postsecondary Leadership in Child Care Scholarship Program (apply June 1 each year)

This scholarship provides financial assistance (tuition and selected fees) to qualified child care professionals working in child care centers/programs and family and group homes to obtain a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, Short-Term Certificate, Certificate, or Associate in Applied Science/Technology Degree in Child Development/Early Care and Education studies. Scholarship recipients must reside and work in Alabama. Applicants must apply for college admission and are encouraged to apply for financial aid prior to submitting this application. Application must be received by the indicated deadlines, which are ongoing as follows: June 1 each year for Fall Semester enrollment and no later than September 1 for Spring and Summer semesters.

Aftermath Services Collegiate Scholarship - $1000 - 2 awards (June 30)

Aftermath Services has long been a trailblazer in research and establishing best practices for the biohazard remediation industry. Two winning essays will be selected. Frances Cabaniss Roberts Charitable Trust Scholarship - $500 - (July 1)

The Frances Cabaniss Roberts Charitable Trust Scholarship is designed to help students struggling to find decent paying jobs or other resources that might cover their tuition, books, fees, room, board, and other educational expenses. Cash awards are given to motivated individuals from the Huntsville/Madison County, Alabama area who are currently enrolled in or intend to enroll in an accredited college, university, post-graduate, technical or preparatory school in the State of Alabama. Remote DBA Scholarship - $3500 - (July 1)

Huntsville Woman's Club, Lindberg Memorial Scholarship - $1,000 - (July 1, 2015)

In 1986, the Huntsville Woman's Club established a Memorial Scholarship in memory of Mary Alice Lindberg who was serving as HWC President at the time of her death. The $1,000 scholarship is awarded to a mature woman who is studying, or will study, at one of the accredited colleges or universities in the Huntsville - Madison County area. The purpose for this scholarship is to support a recipient needing to further her education in order to return to the workforce or to continue working. It should enable the woman to provide a better lifestyle for herself and her family, and to empower her to contribute to the community. Novus Biologicals Scholarship Program - $1,500 - (July 1, 2015)

Novus Biologicals will award one declared science major $1,500. Applying for the scholarship is as simple as writing a short essay telling the scholarship team why science is awesome and how you plan to use your degree to advance scientific discovery. Global Health Nursing Scholarship - $3,000 - (July 15 of every year)

Winning applicants for The NurseJournal.org Global Health Scholarship are evaluated by overall merit and quality of the scholarship essay in addition to the other criteria below. Financial need is not a consideration for this scholarship. The winner of the annual scholarship will be chosen by the administrative staff of NurseJournal.org based upon the overall merit of their registration.  Candidates are judged on formal registration and the written essay portion. Registration is weighted 25%, Essay 50%, and Work History and Activities at 25%. Bi-Annual $1,100 Dolman Law Group Scholarship - $1,100 - (July 22)

The Design Thinking Scholarship is awarded twice annually and is available to both part and full-time students enrolled at any accredited college or university in the United States for the amount of $1,000. Flosum 2015 Scholarship - $750 - (December 15)

The Flosum Scholarship is open to students pursuing or intending to pursue their bachelor's degree in the fields of computer engineering, computer science, or in another technical discipline such as electrical engineering, physics or mathematics with an interest in the field of computer science.
