Janet Kincherlow-Martin
Executive Assistant to President for Public Information, Community Relations and Special Events
Janet is responsible for all
marketing, advertising and promotional efforts for the college.
Requests for publicity of all
college events, activities and programs should be coordinated through
Janet. All college publications should be coordinated through
Janet. She is responsible for the production of several major
college publications including the Annual Report, The Communiqué, a
quarterly newsletter and semester class schedules. She serves as
the college's direct liaison to all media and is also responsible for the College's print shop and television station, 4CTV.

Terri Hildreth
Secretary Terri is responsible for producing the internal newsletter, The
Bulletin, distributed each Monday. Items should be submitted by
noon on the Wednesday preceding the Monday of distribution. Terri also coordinates the campus-wide Events Calendar, marquee postings, reception item checkout, and the Speakers' Bureau.

Beth Butler
Graphic Designer Beth is responsible for the layout and design of all major
publications at Calhoun. Contact Beth for flyer, brochure, poster,
manual or workbook covers, and special project designs.

Lanita Parker
Webmaster Lanita is responsible for the design and maintenance of Calhoun's
website. Her duties include updating current web pages, the creation
of new sites, posting pages to Calhoun's many servers, and providing
promotional material to Calhoun's cable channel 4CTV. Lanita
also serves as Calhoun's in-house photographer.
