Special Events
Reserving Reception Items:
- Email request to
tmh@calhoun.eduat least one
week ahead of time
- Include name, extension # and email address
- List what items are needed
- Date (s) required
- When you'll pick the items up and when you'll return them
- When picking items up, sign the sheet - name, department, and extension #
- Clean and return to PR coffee pots, pitchers, serving pieces, etc
after use
- Return tablecloths to PR for cleaning
- Your department is responsible for lost or damaged items.
Notifying Public Relations When non-Calhoun Events are Occurring on Campus:
When a non-Calhoun event is occurring on campus, please notify the Public
Relations Department. Please provide all pertinent information including a
contact person and number so we will be prepared to handle inquiries. Please
send information via e-mail to Terri Hildreth at
tmh@calhoun.edu
Use of Calhoun Display Booth:
Calhoun has a display booth for use at special events/conferences. To request
use of the booth, please complete and submit the Public Relations "Request for Services" form.
