The Public Relations Office provides support and services to personnel
college-wide. When these services are needed, please choose from the list below
and follow the guidelines provided. You must complete an online "Request for Services" form for work to be completed.
Publicity/Promotion
- Submitting News Releases (for newspaper, radio, and/or television,
magazines and trade publications)
- Submitting Information for the Marquee

- Reserving Reception Items
- Notifying Public Relations When non-Calhoun Events are Occurring on Campus
- Use of Calhoun Display Booth
Publications Development/Graphic
Design
- Logo/Graphics for Special Projects
- Development/Design of Printed Publications
- Production of Specialty Items
- Reprint of Items Already Produced
Web Development
- Development of New Webpages
- Revisions/Updating Existing Webpages
- Submitting Information/Webpages to Post to the Server
- Submitting items for inclusion on the Online Bulletin Board (available to all
website visitors)
- Submitting items for inclusion on the Personnel Website (available to Calhoun
Personnel only)
In-House Photography
NOTE: Calhoun Community College owns all photographs of students and participants taken at Calhoun events and reserves the right to use these photographs for college promotional materials, both digital and print. Students who do not wish to have their photographs used must have a "Do Not Use Photograph" form completed and on file in the Calhoun Public Relations Office.
