Ready to Register for Web-Based Courses?
A Guide for Military Students
-
Have you completed the tasks on the "Signing up for College" page? If
not, click here to see
how to get started.
-
The details required for distance education will necessitate pre-planning on your
part. The current distance education classes are run on a semester system. This will
require you to start the process at least five to eight weeks before the term begins.
-
Calhoun offers traditional classes for local students, college by cassette for
those who have little time locally, and web-based classes for both local and distance
learners. Click here
to look at our schedule.
-
The distance education classes are constantly changing. BEFORE YOU REGISTER:
Contact the instructor of the web-based class to be sure you meet all the prerequisites.
-
Now that you have an application on file and have selected your classes, you may
register.
- Mr. John Lybarger (jtl@calhoun.edu)
will help you get your class loaded into the system.
- The registration form and bill will be mailed to you. Mail in your tuition
assistance form and check or money order in the envelope provided. NOTE: VISA, MASTERCARD,
OR DISCOVER CARDS MAY BE USED. If you have a problem, contact Carla Larry (car@calhoun.edu)
- The DANTES testing officer or your Education Center Director may act as proctor for
tests sent directly to them by your Calhoun class instructors. Please provide the proctor
information to your instructor as soon as possible.
- Here is a list of contact people if you have any problems or questions:
