The Internal Evaluation Team includes: Dena Stephenson, Title III Coordinator; Mary Yarbrough, Interim Vice President for Instruction and Student Services; Kermit Carter, Dean for Student Affairs; Randy Cox, Academic Component Director; Nathan Tyler, Database Analyst; Samantha Nelson, Coordinator, Enrollment Management Services; Gerald Jackson, Deby Lee and Suzanne Turner, Faculty Affairs Representatives. Except for the Coordinator, all are external to, but directly affected by the project.

The Internal Evaluation Team meets monthly to review reports by the Title III Leadership Team and provide formative input for the project. They suggest ways to positively impact data elements such as student satisfaction in courses, student success in redesigned courses and student use of online services. They address discrepancies between achievements and projected outcomes, and provide recommendations for improving processes and procedures to achieve outcomes.
At the end of each year, a summative report is prepared by the Coordinator based on recommendations from the Internal Evaluation Team. At the end of the five-year grant period, a report will be compiled by the Title III Coordinator and the Internal Evaluation Team that defines the outcomes and the impact of the project.
