Calhoun Community College has contracted the services of Dr. Lora P. Conrad of Conrad Consulting, Keosauqua , IA as the external evaluator for the Title III project. She has previous experience as a Title III Coordinator, as a Title III Evaluator, and as a community college administrator.

Dr. Conrad assisted in the initial preparation of the evaluation plan and the definition of all baselines. She now provides an independent perspective and guidance of the evaluation process to strengthen overall management and evaluation.

As External Evaluator, Dr. Conrad will work with the Title III Coordinator and the Internal Evaluation Team throughout the project to assure that evaluation is systematic. She will also assess the outcomes and impact of the project relative to project objectives, and provide both formative and summative assessment and feedback.
