- Complete Package for the Delayed Progression Nursing Program (includes essential functions document, criteria, application and curriculum). The Delayed Progression Nursing Program uses internet technology to provide nursing education to nontraditional students on a more flexible schedule than the traditional program. This US Department of Labor funded program allows students to proceed at a slower rate in nursing while maintaining a relatively normal routine in life and current job.
