NON DISCRIMINATION
It is the official policy of the Alabama State Board of Education, including Postsecondary institutions under the control of the State Board of Education, that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, disability, gender, religion, creed, national origin, marital status or age, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program, activity, or employment.
FAMILY EDUCATIONAL RIGHTS AND PRIVACY ACT OF 1974
This Act is printed in its entirety in the General Catalog. The intent of this Act is to define the types of information about students which may be released without their prior consent. Students may request that no information be released without their consent by signing a written statement in the Records Office at the time of each registration. |
