Calhoun SGA to Host "Fall Fest"
The Student Government Association of Calhoun Community College, along with various clubs and student organizations at the college, will host “Fall Fest” on Tuesday, October 31, 2006, from 10:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Calhoun’s Decatur campus.
Among the activities planned are a Halloween Costume contest (beginning at 10:00 a.m.) for students, staff, and faculty; karaoke; rock-wall climbing; various children’s activities; and a variety of food items. In addition, students in the health profession classes will be conducting tours of Calhoun’s new Health Science building from 12:00 noon until 1:30 p.m.
All events will take place in front of the Health Science building on the north end of campus. It is open to Calhoun students and staff as well as the general public. In the event of rain, all activities except for the new building tours will be moved to the Chasteen Student Center. For more information, contact the Student Activities Office at 306-2640.
