Calhoun Community College Introduces
"Citizen CPR Training"
Calhoun Community College is pleased to introduce a series of community education and public service programs featuring the American Heart Association's HEARTSAVER AED (Automatic External Defibrilator) training course. The classes will be presented on the third Friday of every month beginning September 16, 2005. The six hour class begins at 8:00 a.m. in the Shelton Health Building on the Decatur campus. The $10.00 course fee may be paid at the door.
The training is open to the public, and is recommended for adults, sixteen years of age or older. The program is limited to the first twenty-five registrants on a first come, first serve basis. Additional class dates in 2005 include October 21, November 18, and December 16, 2005. Call (256) 306-2674 by noon on the Thursday before each scheduled class to register, or for additional information.
