Calhoun to Resume Registration for 2005 Spring Semester

For students planning to attend Calhoun Community College for the 2005 spring semester and have not registered, there's still time to do so. According to Calhoun Admissions Director Wayne Tosh, the college will resume registration for its 2005 spring semester on January 5, 2005 .  Registration will be conducted at the Decatur campus on January 5 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. in the Chasteen Student Center and on January 6 at the Huntsville campus in Cummings Research Park from 2:00 - 6:00 pm .  Students may register for classes offered at any Calhoun location.

Currently enrolled students (those attending the college during the fall semester 2004) who have been assigned a college ID number and PIN (personal identification number) may also register online starting December 23 at 10:00 am .  Web registration may be accessed at the Online Services portion of www.calhoun.edu . 

Qualified students still have time to apply for financial aid for the spring semester. To do so, students must first complete the free federal application for financial aid on-line at www.fafsa.ed.gov . Instructions for completion of the form can be found at the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) website. According to the Calhoun Financial Aid office, students must first apply for admission to the college before completing the financial aid application process.
