Calhoun Creates "One Stop Center" for Students
Financial Aid and Student Affairs Offices re-locate; Admissions Office to move later this year

(Decatur, Al.) - Dr. Kermit Carter, assistant dean for student affairs at Calhoun Community College , today announced the relocation of the college's Student Affairs and Financial Aid offices on the Decatur campus. Both offices, formerly housed in the Wallace Administration Building , will now be located on the second floor of the Chasteen Student Center .

"The relocation of these two offices is the initial phase in the creation of Calhoun's new ' One Stop Center ' of services for our students," commented Carter. Calhoun's Admissions Office is scheduled to make the move to the Chasteen Student Center later in the year.

"Our ' One Stop Center ' will allow our students to do everything under one roof and avoid the need to go back and forth between buildings to complete the admissions and registration process. Advising, testing, registration, orientation, financial aid and fee payment will now take place in one location on campus," Carter added.
