Bryson Named New Head of Calhoun Foundation
Calhoun Community College President Dr. Marilyn Beck has announced the selection of Terri Bryson as the new Executive Director of the Calhoun Foundation. Mrs. Bryson officially began her new duties at the college on December 6, 2004 .
A graduate of Mississippi University for Women, she has over 20 years of marketing and business development experience in the medical and banking fields.
In her new position, Bryson will be responsible for managing projects and preparing proposals to increase support to the Foundation; marketing fundraising initiatives to the college and community groups; acting as liaison to agencies and individuals interested in scholarship development and awards; serving as secretary to the Foundation Board of Directors; and working directly with the Foundation, the President of the college and the President's staff in determining resource needs for the institution.
"We are extremely excited about Terri joining the Calhoun Community College family," stated Dr. Beck. "Her unique combination of experience and knowledge of the local community are valuable assets to this position, to the Foundation, and ultimately, to the College."
