WHAT IS A COURSE NUMBER?
The Course Number – is a number that’s automatically assigned to every class we offer. It’s important to know what course number corresponds to your class when you register. This is how our computer system keeps track of your account. You can find the course number listed to the left of each class description.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION/WITHDRAWAL/REFUND POLICY?
Calhoun Community College reserves the right to cancel, postpone, limit enrollment, and change instructors and/or locations when necessary.  Should a class cancel due to insufficient enrollment; every attempt will be made to notify you. At that time you have the option of receiving a full refund or selecting another course.

Full refunds are issued if Calhoun Community College cancels a program/class due to insufficient enrollment or if the student withdraws from the program/class at least two business days prior to the first class meeting. If a student fails to withdraw from a program/class at least two business days prior to the first class meeting, a $25.00 processing fee will be withheld from any refund issued. If a student withdraws on the day of the first class meeting, a $35.00 processing fee will be withheld from the requested refund. No refunds will be given after the first class meeting.

To withdraw from a class, students should notify Calhoun Community College/Non-Credit and Continuing Education by calling (256) 260-2462 or emailing us at dbass@calhoun.edu.  Please note that failure to attend class does not constitute proper withdrawal.
