Change of Graduation Location

Location:

Due to the persistent and increasing chance of thundershowers, the location of graduation has been moved to the Carlton Kelley Gymnasium on Friday evening. Due to fire marshal regulations, we have limited capacity for seating in the gym. Once we reach full capacity in the gym, security guards will direct guests to the Math/Science, the ATC and Health Sciences buildings to watch the ceremony on TV. There will be LIMITED SEATING in the three overflow locations - seating will be first come, first served. Please inform your family members/friends of this in the event that they cannot enter the gym.

Instructions for Graduates:

Graduates will meet and line up in the Fine Arts Building (south side of campus) first floor hallways, to receive instructions. Please arrive NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M! Seating will be in alphabetical order, so please find your seat as soon as possible.

Other than the line-up location, nothing will change as a result of this location change.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation in the planning of this most important event for our students.

Please see your Warhawk calendar for changes in your assignments as a result of the location change.

Faculty Lineup:

Faculty lineup for the ceremony will be in the Wallace Administration Building.
